Recently, the research group,led byProf.Zhang ZhangjingofCollege of Chemistry and Materials Science, hasmade new progress in the research onproton conduction MOFs-based resistive switching memory. The groupreplaced the traditional electron transport with ion transport, utilizedthe strategy of hydrogen proton transport commutation in the channels of MOFs under the action of different electric fields to implement resistive switchingand rectifyingeffectsin a single material simultaneously for the first time, and verified the mechanism of proton transport commutation under the action of the electric field through single crystal diffraction.The findings were published in Science Advances, asubject-specific journalof Science, in the form of the paper, entitled “Simultaneous implementation of resistive switching and rectifying effects in a metal-organic framework with switched hydrogen bond pathway.[(2019) 5: Eaaw4515; DOI: 10.1126/sciadv.aaw4515, impact factor: 12.804]. The research results tookFujian Normal University as the first completion unit,with Prof.Zhang Zhangjing as the corresponding author.
